PROMOTIONS AND SALES | TOP OF PAGE
“The
Ozone” reserves the right to cancel any special promotions and sales
at any time and without notice. All such promotions are subject to available
inventories and therefore limited to amounts currently on hand.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS | TOP OF PAGE
“The
Ozone” shall only except returns of products purchased should the
product be defective. The customer must notify “The
Ozone” within five days of their receipt of the item under this
policy. “The Ozone” may require that
the customer return the item to “The Ozone”
and will issue a Return Authorization Number to be included with
their return shipment. Upon the receipt of the item, “The Ozone” shall replace the item or issue a
refund of the purchase price at its’ discretion. Shipping charges on the
original order are not refundable. There will be no shipping charges to the
customer on items replaced under this “Return Policy.”

Some of the products offered on
the website may contain small parts and purchasers of such products should use
common sense in the use of them. Such items are not intended for use by
children and therefore adult supervision is recommended. In addition, “The Ozone” cannot take responsibility for
products used in irresponsible manners nor for products used in a manner not
intended by the manufacturer and any such use is at the risk of the customer.
While the products containing glow chemicals are not toxic, the products should
not be opened or ruptured as the chemicals therein may stain or damage items
that they come in contact with. Since “The Ozone”
cannot control the use of products offered and/or products with small parts,
the customer should be aware that putting the products in the mouth or nose
constitutes a misuse of the product; doing so is at the customer’s risk. Please
use common sense at all times.
SHIPPING POLICIES AND
INFORMATION | TOP OF PAGE
All orders will be shipped to the
customer in a timely manner (usually within two to three days of order receipt)
and via the best and most economically possible manner. There is a minimum
order of $20.00 and a minimum shipping charge of $3.00. Shipping charges are
based upon either the weight of the items in your order or the total dollar
amount of your order, depending upon the item(s) purchased. Normally, we use US
Postal Service Priority Mail or United Parcel Service ground to deliver your
order. Your shipping charges are calculated automatically when you order online
through PayPal. If the amount calculated when you order is sufficient, we will
upgrade the shipping of your order to the next highest level. If you have
special requirements for delivery of your order, send an email to Sales@upwardthroughtheozone.com
prior to placing your order online. In your email, include your requirements
and a daytime and evening telephone number for a personal response. Should an
item be out-of-stock, the customer will be notified by email as to the delay
and notified of the expected shipping date.

There are two options for
shopping in The Ozone General Store:
TO ORDER FROM ADVERTISERS: Just
click on the Advertiser’s display advertisement to be taken to their website,
make your choices and then follow the instructions for using their Shopping
Cart.
TO ORDER ITEMS IN THE OZONE
GENERAL STORE: Make your choices by clicking on the “Add To Cart” button by
the item and then just follow the instruction. We use PayPal to process
customer payments. They offer the benefit of a Secure Server. You can tell if
you are on a secure site by looking at the address in your browser. A secure
web site will start with “HTTPS://…” where the extra “S” denotes the fact that
the server is secure. PayPal is pretty easy to use once you get your account
set up. Just follow the instructions that are given. If you have any questions,

and we will get back to you ASAP. To order an item, click on the “Add To Cart”
button. You will then be taken to a screen showing the item you have selected.
If you want more than one of the item, just change the quantity and then click
the button to update your selection. If you want to continue shopping, click on
the “Return to Shopping” button. If you want to complete your transaction,
click on the button to proceed to “Check Out.” Then all you have to do is
follow the instructions. If you are a member of PayPal, just log in to your
account. If you are not a member of PayPal, follow the instructions to start
your account. PayPal is owned by EBay and has completed millions of SECURE
transactions. SIGNING UP FOR A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS FREE AND SECURE!
C.O.D. ORDERS: We can ship
your order C.O.D. for an extra charge. The C.O.D. payment will have to be by
Money Order or Cashier’s Check. No other form of C.O.D. payment will be
accepted upon delivery. If you require C.O.D terms, send an email to Sales@upwardthroughtheozone.com
prior to ordering online.
DIRECT ORDERING/PAYMENTS:
If you don’t have a credit card and don’t want to set up a PayPal account, send
an email to Sales@upwardthroughtheozone.com
with a list of your order, your name and address, and your telephone number
(day and evening.) We will send you the total amount of your order including
shipping charges and your Order Number. Payment needs to be in the form
of a Money Order or Cashier’s Check (Money Orders are a lot cheaper.) Write
your Order Number on the Money Order or Cashier’s Check and mail it to the
address in the email from us. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of your
payment.
